Mushrooms must be cooked prior to consumption.

No need to thaw. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms and use as fresh, or place them in a frying pan with a little butter and oil.

Salt and pepper to taste, simmer over a medium flame for approximately 20 minutes or as needed. Add chopped garlic and parsley to bring out full flavour.
Sautéed Chanterelle Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 21 oz Asiago Food chanterelle mushrooms
  • butter
  • 1 cup warm stock
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Parsley, salt, pepper
Directions
  • 1) No need to thaw the frozen mushrooms. Quickly rinse the mushrooms and place them in a frying pan with a little bit of butter and oil.
  • 2) Stir fry over a high flame for 5 minutes, then reduce the flame for the rest of the cooking time.
  • 3) Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and some warm stock and simmer over a medium flame for approximately 25 minutes.
  • 4) Add a knob of butter and minced parsley during the last two minutes to bring out full flavor.
